note to self:after a veri long break...don run too fas...thighs will hurt T.Tnote to self:when thighs hurt...don squat down...thighs will hurt ALOT T.Thahas...silly me...i decided to use my old method...everi time i go train in gym...add 1km...slowly buid up...but for now i better stay at 2km...thighs hurt alot T.Twahahas...
